Return Policy

Effective Date: December 4, 2024

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the receipt and order #, and include the original tag and barcode.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal items
  • Sales items

Note: exceptions are items with defects. 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lemenagerie.com.

5. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, brings us the item with the original order #.

Note: As a specialty store with limited edition items, we may not have the same items to exchange. If this happens, we will refund you per the policy above.
